Refund and Returns Policy

If you do not receive your order in good condition or if it is broken or damaged, immediately inform us at info@ecocraft.co.za within one day of receipt of the product, so we can rectify the situation promptly.  If possible, please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to info@ecocraft.co.za as this will help us investigate the incident and improve the way our products are delivered.

You are welcome to return goods purchased on our website within 7 days from date of receiving them together with a copy of the ‘proof of purchase’.  We can only accept goods if they are still in their original and unopened packaging.

You will have to pay to have the product couriered or posted back to us.  If returned goods are lost or damaged then all costs associated with same with be for your account and you will forfeit the refund.

Upon receiving the returned goods EcoCraft may either refund, repair or exchange the product. To qualify for a refund, the defect must be a material defect. A material defect is a defect not caused by the consumers neglect and may be related to natural occurrences such as weather related events or manufacturer defects that are outside of the consumer’s control.

Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and are generally processed within 5 working days from receiving the request.
