Product Availability and Orders

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your product on time. Should we experience difficulty in getting your product to you or we are out of stock on a certain item, we will notify you via the email address you provided.

Delivery

Deliveries are charged at the National rate R95 (between Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town (Rural areas, Farms and Townships not included). Please note, if the courier company allocates additional costs due to outlying areas, you will be notified and will have an opportunity to reject same. Should you reject delivery, the purchase will be cancelled.

Purchases over R1000 are free

Delivery and lead times are based on stock availability.

Available items may be delivered between 3-5 days subject to the following:

• Payment is received promptly;
• Transaction is successfully validated and completed;
• The customer has provided the correct delivery details; and
• The Courier service availability

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address. Risks and title will pass to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.  We will contact you for re-delivery in the event that we receive a ‘returned order’.
